- Organize and fund medical and other relief missions throughout the world.
- Provide medical and other relief to the poor, the distressed, the disabled or handicapped, and the underprivileged.

- Recruit health care and other professionals and volunteers to assist in person or with resources to take relief and help to the needy.
- Seek donations to provide essential medical and other assistance to the world's needy.
- To ensure all organization's resources are used to provide direct help and services to the needy.
